Pleased to share our work in @ImmunityCP, where we studied the role of B cell receptor (BCR) signaling in germinal center B cell selection. We developed two tools to investigate this question: a tracker of BCR-antigen engagement in vivo and a BCR inhibitor-resistant mouse model.

Pleased to share that our work on late-invading germinal center B cells is now online in @ImmunityCP. By developing a new dual-recombinase fate-mapping reporter system, we show that late-entry B cells in established germinal centers preferentially contribute to the memory B cell.
