Technically, the lawsuit was brought by Clayton and Hinman, but we know that at least Clayton was in contact with Gensler before leaving the SEC, so it is very likely this went down as you describe. He seemed like a breath of fresh air, but turned out to be a wolf in sheep's clothing
HUGE news! @Ripple just received conditional approval from the @USOCC to charter Ripple National Trust Bank. This is a massive step forward - first for $RLUSD, setting the highest standard for stablecoin compliance with both federal (OCC) & state (NYDFS) oversight.
To the banking lobbyists โ your anti-competitive tactics are transparent. Youโve complained that crypto isnโt playing by the same rules, but hereโs the crypto industry โ directly under the OCC's supervision and standards โ prioritizing compliance, trust and innovation to the benefit of consumers. What are you so afraid of?
@the_redbeard@BCBacker But this time he went 50% in cash days before the biggest liquidation in crypto history and he bought at the lows of the liquidation and then sold at the highs of the range. Plus, heโs still 50% in. When he reall goes โoutโ, heโs 70% out and keeps 30% just in case
Xaman isnโt just another crypto wallet.
Itโs a feature-complete self-custody solution supporting every transaction type on the XRP Ledger.
That means you can use your $XRP to its fullest potential, without missing a thing.
All while staying in full control with self-custody.
@egragcrypto Iโd say it means XRP has the most bullish (and greedy) holders. My guess is XRP had the most irrational high-leverage longs of all major coins
I asked Grok earlyer to analyze the sentiment about XRP on X and to my surprise since Oct. 1 Grok says the sentiment is 65% bullish, 20% neutral/potential spam and 15% bearish. I was expecting doom and gloom also. Maybe it has changed in the last 6 hours. The sample was relatively small, though (80 posts)
Let me be VERY clear.
Any of the yield bearing tokens, yield offerings no matter if on Flare, EVM Sidechain, Midas, Securitize or whoever comes next for XRP has risks.
Every ounce of yield is paid by some amount of risk.
and yes some of the projects will rug and go belly up.
@Belisarius2020 Funny how our timing is almost always unfortunate. Great news, but coupled with either a significant BTC dump or a very negative sentiment. Makes one wonder...
For over a decade, XRP has powered fast and efficient settlement at scale.
FXRP on Flare extends that strength with composability, opening new growth opportunities: XRP as collateral, liquidity, and yield in DeFi.
