As a vibe coder and more focussed on enabling organisations to create strategic value in AI (check out my books https://t.co/5rOvSnCTex) I have spent the last year redesigning my workflows with claude code and codex and now grok.

Having done that @openclaw changed how I thought about agents.

I feel Omarchy is the next step in the evolution.

Rather than markdown and agentic loops, DHH sees the whole OS as agentic and this is fascinating for me.

From prompt engineering to context engineering to harness engineering to now loops and graphs, what if we have the whole OS as agentic engineering?

That is what I am keen to explore.

@EXM7777 I have openclaw and hermes etc but have been spending hours with them...I sitll like them and have a dedicated macmini for them but @bot kills it...just works and from everywhere.

Its been super interesting...first Grok 4.6 has a really nice Claude 4.5 feel and almost Opus 4.5 to 4.8 capability. Second, Grok Bot which is amazing. Which meant I moved to cursor and the harness and models are amazing.

And for a short time we had the supergrok heavy option that included $200 Cursor too and I got it for a sale price of $99.

If this continues and grok 4.6, grok build, cursor and grok bot and all of them work together well and then suddenly this becomes super sticky.

The IITs are finally getting what they built the world and forgot to bill for.

For 40 years, Indian engineering brilliance built Silicon Valley, then wrote the checks to Stanford and Harvard. Look at what just happened at home instead:

> IIT Kanpur (Aug 24, 2026) - Rakesh Gangwal, IndiGo co-founder, adds ₹300 crore more to the medical school he started building in 2022. Total now: ₹400 crore. He is also matching every other donor's rupee, up to ₹300 crore more.

> IIT Delhi (Dec 2025) - Binny Bansal's gift is the largest unrestricted individual donation the institute has ever received. They named the Exhibition Hall after him.

> IIT Bombay (Dec 2025) - The Class of 2000 walks back in for their silver jubilee and pledges ₹50 crore on the spot. Same week, five alumni get Distinguished Service Awards for decades of quiet giving.

> IIT Bombay (April 2025) - The founders of BrowserStack rebuild the exact hostel they lived in as students. ₹100 crore, one specific hostel, one very personal debt repaid.
