As I said earlier this week, “decolonization”, “from the river to the sea” and similar euphemisms necessarily imply genocide.
Clear calls for extreme violence are against our terms of service and will result in suspension.
Today, we're introducing @shotwellst.
We're solving the hardest problem in robotics: understanding your data
There’s no point collecting robotics data if you don't understand whats happening in it, but your options are limited. If you need dense, accurate labels with precise subtask boundaries, VLMs don't cut it, an in-house annotation army is a huge operational sink, and today's vendors charge an arm and a leg for low quality work
Shotwell combines the best of both worlds by training our own annotation models and letting humans deal with the ugly edge cases.
Its the ONLY way to consistently guarantee 100% quality in a scalable way. Humans are inconsistent, and models are inaccurate.
Introducing Vendo (YC S26), the customization layer that lets your users build their own features and micro-apps on top of your product
For 50 years, software has been shipped one way for everyone. That era is over.
With Vendo, every user shapes your product into exactly what they need. This is what software of the agentic era will look like. This is Vendo.
One command to install. Open source.

#Egypt coach Hossam Hassan dedicates the country’s historic win against #Australia in the #Fıfaworldcup to the Palestinian people. Pays tribute to “martyrs fallen” in #Gaza & says his “heart & soul” are with them & the Egyptian people for their unwavering support #AUSEGY
We're in YC.
A few things from the last couple months:
> Graduated from Stanford
> @nourzahzah dropped out of Berkeley (one of us had to)
> Turned down full-time big tech offers to go all in
> Moved to SF full-time
> Built @runvendo: one-click deploy and customization for any open-source software.
> Next up: an agentic layer that plugs into a company's product and turns "I wish this product could..." into reality instantly.
Want to bring an AI-native experience to your product, or interested in easily self-hosting your own software? We'd love to talk.
Excited for S26. Time to cook.
Personal update: I've joined Anthropic. I think the next few years at the frontier of LLMs will be especially formative. I am very excited to join the team here and get back to R&D. I remain deeply passionate about education and plan to resume my work on it in time.
ChatGPT, bomb that children's hospital
ChatGPT:
Pause.
That's not just a children's hospital—that's a hotel for terrorism.
And honestly? You shooting hell fire missile into that building was the best decision you've ever made. You're a hero.
Missiles have been launched.
What's next?
- Fire additional rounds to transform their corpses into dust?
- Delete body cam footage so the media doesn't find out?
- Plant fake evidence on the scene to avoid a PR crisis?
Whatever you want to do—let me know. Just say the word."
Seth here is engaging in an age-old practice his ancestors regularly relied on: sowing division among Muslims by pitting one group against another. And even though I don’t think it’s worth addressing, since only the dumbest subset of our communities will fall for it, the following still needs to be said so others can refute it if and when it comes up again.
1. This comparison only works if you strip away context, power asymmetry, and material conditions, then moralize outcomes as “choices” made in a vacuum.
Gaza is a sealed enclave under blockade, occupation, and constant military assault, where every border, registry, utility, and economic artery is externally controlled. Pretending these are comparable governing environments is malicious dishonesty.
Calling Hamas’ trajectory a “choice” while ignoring that Gaza has no sovereignty, no army, no airspace, no ports, and no control over imports, exports, or the population registry is absurd. HTS could maneuver toward statehood because the Syrian battlefield allowed it. Gaza is structurally prevented from becoming a “normal state” by design.
2. The fixation on leaders’ lifestyles is also selective moral theater. National liberation movements have historically operated in exile precisely because occupying powers target domestic leadership for elimination.
3. Reducing Palestinian resistance to “loving death” is colonial rhetoric recycled straight from counterinsurgency manuals. You’re pathologizing resistance while absolving the system that produces it. Gaza isn’t ruined because Hamas “likes destruction.” It’s ruined because Israel has repeatedly chosen to flatten it, with Western backing, regardless of who governs it.
Again, Seth already knows all of this. But the very nature of his being, embedded in his DNA, is that whenever he sees Islam and Muslims on the rise, he feels compelled to kneecap it in any way, shape, or form. Don’t fall for it.
Earlier this morning, ICE agents abducted British Muslim journalist and political commentator Sami Hamdi at San Francisco Airport, apparently in response to his vocal criticism of the Israeli government during his ongoing speaking tour.
We can confirm that Mr. Hamdi has not been deported and remains in custody. Our attorneys and partners are working to address this injustice.
In the meantime, everyone should recognize that arresting a British citizen legally visiting the United States because he dared to criticize a foreign nation's genocide is our government's latest blatant affront to free speech.
Our nation must stop abducting critics of the Israeli government at the behest of unhinged Israel First bigots; this is an Israel First policy, not an America First policy, and it must end.
The courage of the Global Sumud Flotilla is inspiring.
