Just came across $XZO, a brand new public company (IPO Nov 5) offering a full insurance-as-a-service platform for P&C carriers and agents.

What stands out: on basically Day 1 of trading, the CEO bought ~$1M, plus directors and execs scooped up hundreds of thousands more. A unified front of insider buys from senior leadership is a strong signal, but I’m not sure why they all hit it on Day 1. Haven’t really seen this before. Will continue to monitor.
