During today's Board meeting, I was pleased to present a $100,000 check to River's Edge Ranch alongside my colleagues @supervisorjesse and @supervisorrowe.
River's Edge provides a safe haven for men suffering from drug addiction, homelessness, crime or alcoholism.

Effective immediately, an evacuation order is now in effect for the following area:
The area of Lone Pine Canyon from the community of Wrightwood to Hwy 138/ Lone Pine Canyon Rd south to the forest is now under evacuation ORDER.
Make sure to gather your pets, important documents, medications, and any essential belongings before you leave. Your safety is the priority! don’t delay in evacuating.

Effective immediately, all trails in the Mt Baldy area above the resort parking lot are closed. Mt Baldy ski resort, Lift #1 is open for hikers to assist in evacuation.
There are NO evacuation orders or warnings for the community of Mt Baldy.

Last week, West Valley Water District had the pleasure of hosting a tour for San Bernardino County @supervisorjesse and staff for a briefing and a tour of the Oliver P. Roemer Water Filtration Facility Expansion Project (Roemer).
WVWD was pleased to share insight on our water portfolio, and commitment to water reliability through our investment in vital infrastructure including Romer. Projects such as these ensure high quality and reliable water to over 100,000 customers.
