Hear from local, state and federal leaders, policy experts, and community representatives on the issues that matter most to you!
The calls for Eric Swalwell to resign are serious and should not be dismissed. When more than 50 former staffers publicly speak out, it raises major credibility and accountability concerns that deserve an independent investigation. These are allegations, not proven facts, but public officials should be held to a higher standard. If Democrats were aware of misconduct concerns and stayed silent, that is deeply troubling and the public deserves answers. @VP@realDonaldTrump@TheDemocrats@GOP@svgop@svca2020

The 2026 version of ACA-7 has the unintended consequence of demeaning minority achievements. Institutionalizing preferential treatment carries the inherently insulting implication that individuals from certain demographic groups cannot compete or succeed on their own merits. Keeping Prop 209 strictly intact respects the inherent dignity, rigorous hard work, and genuine accomplishments of minority individuals, ensuring that their personal and professional successes are universally recognized as rightfully earned rather than the result of state interference. Vote No ON ACA-7! @RepMcNerney@ilike_mike@moniquelimonca@senator_hurtado #NoACA7 #Stop #ACA7 #Protect209 https://t.co/CJWSECanaO
The 2026 version of ACA-7 will end up significantly increasing financial burdens on California taxpayers. Implementing and managing complex, race-conscious programs across the state requires extensive administrative resources. Furthermore, the inevitable tidal wave of discrimination lawsuits challenging these constitutionally dubious programs will cost the state millions of dollars in legal fees. Prop 209 provides a clear, cost-effective standard that protects the state from endless litigation and ensures public funds are spent directly on vital public services. Vote No ON ACA-7! @Scott_Wiener@senatorumberg@SenHenryStern@sensusanrubio #NoACA7 #Stop #ACA7 #Protect209 https://t.co/CJWSECanaO
The 2026 version of ACA-7 risks severely misallocating public resources. Public tax dollars should be utilized to build infrastructure and provide broad services for the benefit of all Californians, regardless of their racial or ethnic background. ACA-7 threatens to continuously siphon precious public resources toward exclusive, race-specific programs. Tell Sacramento: vote NO on ACA-7. @ilike_mike@moniquelimonca@senator_hurtado@TimGraysonCA@SenDaveCortese #NoACA7 #Stop #ACA7 #Protect209
The People have spoken in 2020 with No on Prop 16, and 2024 with No on ACA7, it’s outrrageous that the CA “representatives keep pushing such racial based policies. Well once again, the people will defeat this new ACA7 bill, and together with their authors!@SenBlakespear @SenatorAshby@SenBobArchuleta@SenBenAllen #NoACA7 #Stop #ACA7 #Protect209 Click one-button to email your CA senator to oppose ACA-7 Now: https://t.co/H7Ca7fH8S4
They just can’t stop!🛑
The California Legislature is again trying to gut Proposition 209! We beat them back when they tried this two years ago. But they are at it again with a new bill. Please help us defeat the new ACA7.
The new ACA 7 will authorize discrimination in K-12, and in higher education (except as to admissions). Its aim is especially to authorize race discrimination in admissions to gifted and talented programs and college financial aid.
This bill has already passed the Assembly on a strict party-line vote. Email Your Senator to Oppose ACA-7 Now using our email tool for 1-minute easy process!

If you can go to Sacramento next week to oppose #AB7, please do! We are having another constitutional crisis caused by California politicians.
And this time, the target is the same: #Prop209, yet the excuse is different than #Prop16 or #ACA7, it is #Reparations now…
Please consider joining the hearing and repost to make sure more people can go!
