The issue still remains unresolved despite my earlier complaint.

A local technician visited the site and confirmed that the problem is genuine. The engineer, however, only guided him over the phone instead of visiting the location to inspect and resolve the issue. This is not the level of service customers deserve.

We have been paying premium tariffs for years, yet there is virtually no usable internet connectivity in Bedkipada, Navapur, Nandurbar (Maharashtra). Businesses are suffering. Digital payments through QR codes fail, online services are disrupted, and customers are inconvenienced. Is this the vision of #DigitalIndia?

Who will be accountable for the financial losses caused by prolonged network failure? Will Jio compensate affected consumers for the disruption and business losses?

Please treat this as a serious service failure. Don't rely on remote instructions alone—deploy qualified engineers to the site, verify the issue on the ground, and provide a permanent solution with a clear timeline.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, is this the quality of service customers are expected to accept?
LTE network, yet only 0.37 Mbps download and 0.06 Mbps upload. We pay the same tariffs as everyone else, but receive substandard service. This is unacceptable.

Are customers living in tribal and remote areas expected to settle for poor connectivity while paying full price? Digital India must reach every citizen equally. Reliable telecom service is a basic necessity, not a privilege.
I request immediate action to improve network coverage and service quality in Navapur, Nandurbar (Maharashtra). If this continues, consumers will be left with no option but to pursue remedies before the appropriate consumer and regulatory authorities.

Dear @MSEDCL, this is not an isolated incident. Voltage fluctuations and frequent power interruptions have been occurring continuously for the last 3 months in Navapur, causing severe financial losses to consumers.
Due to unstable power supply and negligence,

I have suffered damage to:

CCTV DVR & Hard Disk
Multiple Power Supplies
Aata Kneader Machine Motor
Mackeline Compressor
Pepsi Visicooler Compressor
LG Double Door Refrigerator Electronic Circuit
Capacitors and several other electrical appliances,

Who is responsible for these losses? Who will compensate consumers for the damage caused due to poor quality of electricity supply?

Power cuts are carried out without prior intimation, lasting for several hours. Calls to the Navapur MSEDCL office often go unanswered, and consumers are allegedly subjected to rude behaviour by operators.

This is unacceptable for a public utility.
As per the Electricity Act, 2003, electricity distribution licensees are required to maintain a safe, reliable and quality power supply. The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance) Regulations also provide for standards regarding supply quality, interruptions and consumer grievance redressal. Consumers also have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where deficiency in service resulting in financial loss can attract liability.

I demand:

✅ Immediate inspection of the Navapur power distribution network.

✅ Written explanation for repeated voltage fluctuations and unscheduled power cuts.

✅ Assessment and compensation for damaged electrical equipment.

✅ Action against officials responsible for negligence and poor consumer service.

✅ Permanent resolution to ensure stable voltage and uninterrupted electricity supply.

I request the authorities to intervene immediately before more consumers suffer losses.
