Excited to see EF's dAI Team roadmap for 2026. Ethereum as the settlement layer for AI agents is the future! 🤖
Taiko is backing ERC-8004 and supporting developers building on truly decentralized infrastructure. Agent economies need affordable execution, that's where L2s become critical.
Agentic commerce, built right 🥁
Survei Sygnum nunjukin minat RWA naik, tapi L2 malah nggak disinggung.
Institusi butuh skalabilitas → L1 aja nggak cukup.
Based rollups bisa jadi jawabannya ⚡
Taiko Takes🥡
This week, @sygnumofficial released its Future Finance 2025 report surveying over 1,000 institutional investors across 43 countries. 61% plan to increase digital asset allocations, and interest in tokenised RWAs has grown from 6% to 26%.
Most coverage focuses on bullish sentiment. But the report doesn't mention Layer 2 infrastructure at all.
When asked about blockchain holdings, investors cited Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Tron, Sui, and Cardano. Twenty percent hold only Layer 1 tokens. As institutions pile into tokenised assets, which chains will actually support this activity?
Ethereum's high fees, variable confirmation times and transaction failures mean its base layer isn't built to handle institutional tokenisation volumes. The alternative most institutions consider (permissioned chains) sacrifices the properties that make blockchain valuable.
Based rollups offer a third path. Ethereum security and decentralisation with the throughput institutions need. Direct L1 settlement without additional trust assumptions or centralised sequencers.
Sygnum found that regulatory uncertainty and security concerns now rank higher than volatility as barriers to institutional investment. These are infrastructure problems. Who controls transaction ordering? Does this preserve auditability and neutrality? Can it handle institutional volumes?
Based rollups answer these differently than permissioned chains. They preserve what matters for financial infrastructure whilst delivering the required performance.
The question isn't whether institutions will tokenise trillions (Sygnum's data suggests they will). The question is whether those assets live on infrastructure that's actually decentralised.

🔥 @chainlink luncurkan ACE (Automated Compliance Engine) bersama 20+ mitra, termasuk @taikoxyz — salah satu blockchain utama di ekosistem peluncuran bersama Ethereum & Linea.
ACE memudahkan verifikasi identitas lintas rantai tanpa KYC terpisah. 💼

Taiko Takes🥡
This week, @chainlink launched its Automated Compliance Engine (ACE) with over 20 partners across identity, risk scoring and tokenization infrastructure. Taiko is one of three blockchain partners in the launch ecosystem, alongside @Ethereum and @LineaBuild.
Most coverage has focused on the partner list or the compliance use cases. The bigger story is simpler: institutions need infrastructure that actually works across chains and jurisdictions.
ACE solves this. It handles identity verification so credentials work across multiple blockchains instead of needing separate KYC for each one. It lets issuers program compliance rules directly into smart contracts (jurisdiction restrictions, volume limits, who can hold what). It provides monitoring and reporting for regulatory requirements. The system is modular: use what you need, skip what you don't.
The partner ecosystem spans the full compliance stack. Identity providers like @GLEIF and @world_chain_. Risk scoring platforms like @chainalysis and @trmlabs. Monitoring services like @blupryntco and @hackenclub. Tokenization platforms like @TokenySolutions. Industry frameworks like @ERC3643Org and @ChintaiNexus. This isn't just integration announcements. It's establishing ACE as the standard for institutional digital assets.
Taiko's inclusion matters because tokenization requires both regulatory compliance and credible neutrality. Most rollups add compliance on top of centralized sequencers. That creates a trust problem. A centralized operator can reorder transactions, extract MEV, or be compelled to censor.
Based rollups solve this. Transaction ordering happens on Ethereum L1. No single entity controls sequencing. ACE on Taiko means issuers can launch compliant assets with Ethereum-equivalent security and no centralized chokepoint.
This fits Taiko's broader institutional stack: Chainlink Data Streams for pricing, ACE for compliance, based sequencing for neutrality. Infrastructure for tokenization that doesn't require trusting a single operator.
Real institutional adoption doesn't come from price rallies or hype cycles. It comes from compliance infrastructure, cross-chain identity standards, and programmable policy enforcement. ACE launching with Taiko as a blockchain partner shows where serious infrastructure is being built.
Decentralization isn't optional for institutional assets. It's what makes the infrastructure work.

Going Deeper with Taiko 🌊
Taiko is a Based Rollup. We use Ethereum validators to produce blocks instead of a centralized sequencer, fully inheriting Ethereum's security.
"Based" means a constant pursuit of decentralization, not an affiliation with Base the network at all.
Excited to be speaking on 4th Nov at @HongKongFinTech Week on Enterprise-Ready DeFi. I'll be breaking down blockchain scaling, regulation, and the future of cross-border finance. See you there! #HKFTW25

Banyak protokol web3 tumbang saat AWS down. Tapi tidak dengan @taikoxyz ⚡
Karena desentralisasi bukan sekadar slogan — itu desain arsitektur yang membuat Taiko tetap berjalan bahkan saat infrastruktur lain bermasalah.

Taiko Takes 🥡
It’s been a noisy few days in crypto: @0xPolygon's CEO questioned his loyalty to Ethereum, @redstone_defi parted ways with its CMO,
@EclipseFND went rogue with their Twitter marketing, an @awscloud outage took down multiple web3 protocols, and the Louvre even got robbed.
Among everything happening this week, the AWS outage highlights a critical point about decentralization. It’s funny in some ways, but it’s also telling: so much of “decentralized” web3 still sits on centralized servers. When AWS goes down, so do they.
Taiko didn't.
The bridge interface experienced a minor disruption due to a Vercel issue, but block production continued, sequencing remained online, and transactions kept flowing. Taiko doesn’t rely on a single centralized sequencer or provider. Its decentralized architecture ensures the chain keeps running even if one part of the infrastructure experiences issues.
This isn't luck. It's intentional design. Being based isn't a slogan; it's the architecture that keeps the chain running when centralized infrastructure fails. Taiko was built for decentralization from the ground up, proving what resilient web3 infrastructure looks like in practice.
Amid all the noise these past few days, this is the story that actually matters. Decentralization isn't a buzzword. It's measurable, it's provable, and it's the difference between resilience and failure.
