@DOGE When the money is saved what happens to it? It’s not reappropriated or it wouldn’t be savings. Is it applied toward the debt? Is there a place we can go to see a running total of savings and the status such as applied to debt, waiting for congress approval, etc.?

I can’t cancel the order online. There’s no indication they’re ever going to deliver the product. Yet they have been paid. @Lowes are you proud of your abysmal customer service and that your stores don’t even answer their phones?

This just keeps getting better. Not only did @Lowes customer service not make this right but said I would have to call the manager at the Cookeville store to see if I could get them to deliver the range and if not I could cancel my order.

@Lowes has the worst customer service you can possibly imagine.
I bought a range online on Nov 21 for my daughter in TN. I scheduled the delivery immediately - online - entering her zip code. It scheduled the delivery for 11/29. They sent emails and texts confirming it. 1/

Further @Lowes said that I could look at the Athen’s store for a different range but they wouldn’t honor the sale price I got when I placed the order. To make matters worse I’ve been calling the Cookeville store for 1.5 hours and nobody is answering the phone.

This is absolutely ludicrous that my daughter cannot cook for her family and Lowes just keeps passing the buck like this is our problem to fix. I’ve paid for this range and you scheduled the delivery. DO YOUR JOB.

Today my daughter called the store because nobody has contacted her and they said it’s still sitting at the store 2 hours away and has no scheduled delivery and that we just need to take care of it ourselves and that whomever I spoke with “did nothing”. 4/
