@VictorTaelin Doctors hav limited "context window", and additional information might lead astray. Once I got knee pain, did MRI, doctors saw meniscus tear, than I got surgery. Surgery did nothing. There was simpler problem, but they missed it, because they saw tear on MRI

Notation is based on handwriting, which was made for natural language, where order matters. Here it doesn't matter, and paying attention to it is misleading
