@British_Airways You’ve now cancelled this flight (BA8490), claiming it is “due to adverse weather conditions” - yet this is 1 of only a few cancelled arrivals at LCY this morning, so how on earth can that be claimed to be “due to adverse weather conditions”? No other airlines have cancelled ANY.

@British_Airways Hi - I’ve just realised that I accidentally rebooked onto a flight to LCY rather than LHR, and I need to get back to LHR. Changing the flight online now would cost me a fee. Please let me know how to fix this? Tried calling customer service but still getting cut off.

@British_Airways Thank you - I will do. For the record, there was nobody from BA at Berlin airport yesterday, I couldn’t get through to your customer service line (it just kept cutting off as it was too busy) and I’ve heard nothing from BA other than these tweets. Hugely stressful.
