Today, @ArtificialAnlys announced their new Search Index, ranking leading web search APIs across quality, speed, and cost.
On an equal-weighted mean of DeepSearchQA F1, BrowseComp accuracy, and AA-Omniscience accuracy, Parallel is ranked #1.
as some of you already know last year I basically quit everything in Bay Area to go learn music in Japan full time.
Specifically rock music, I had 0 music experience before and simply went into a store to pick up my first electric guitar.
It was flowing against the gold rush of Al, I ofc had arguments with parents and basically everyone advised me against it.
But I had to do it anyways.
Even now, I still want to tame the world instead of be tamed, I do not want to please the system but rather rebuild it around things I value the most: not meritocratic based on titles or achievements but sincerity towards oneself and those around.
Enjoy this song that I only learnt the night before, due to complications with logistics of organizing my own live show where I was the producer performer and mixer.
parallel is now natively integrated into Google Cloud
grounding with parallel is the only third-party option for agentic web search on the Gemini agent platform, and the only one built native: models, billing, Agent Studio, API
excited about this partnership

Today, we remember a legend.
On this day in history, Harambe would have celebrated another birthday. An icon that became part of internet history, American culture, and an entire generation’s timeline.
Tomorrow marks 10 years since we lost him. Ten years since the moment the world stopped scrolling and collectively mourned something bigger than a meme.
He became a symbol of loyalty, strength, chaos, unity, and the strange beauty of the internet bringing millions of people together for one cause: never forgetting Harambe.
Everyone remembers where they were when they heard the news. And somehow, a decade later, his legacy still lives on.
Gone, but never forgotten.
Rest easy to a true patriot. 🕊️🇺🇸

Forever in our hearts.
We're launching https://t.co/sJZy6VkgJT, a platform for blog writers, traditional news publishers, technical writers, and so much more. Get rewarded for your work in the era of AIs searching the Internet!
The Museum of the Human Web is now open at 238 King Street in San Francisco.
Can’t make it? See the collection and enter the sweepstakes contest online to win an artifact from the museum:

You can use the Monitor API to send you updates whenever something interesting happens! Market events affecting $META, roommate openings in San Francisco, when tennis rackets go on sale, and so much more! Avaiable at https://t.co/Rj2IvoHO22, through API, or as a Slack bot!
Today, we’re announcing the general availability of the Parallel Monitor API.
The web is shifting from pull to push, and agents are coming online. This release marks a major step towards a more proactive model, where the web pushes updates directly to your background agent.
Monitor now includes:
- Lite and Base processors
- Event streams and snapshots
- Rich attribution (Basis) on every event
- Advanced domain filtering
- Interactions for persistent follow-on research
loved this (spot @paraga at #2!) re-did it e2e with @p0
-- just for fun.
Caught 4 founder name corrections, 23 same-name disambiguations, plus 5 companies with 2+ olympiad-medalist co-founders (Cognition has 3) 765 people with specific biographical context (Akshat Bubna = first Indian IOI Gold; Joshua Brakensiek coauthored the resolution of Keller's conjecture, Erik from Modal build Spotify's recommendation system etc.)
Stack: @p0 ate the entire crawl + scrape + reasoning + enrichment in a single pipeline (Extract API on the canonical archives + Task API for per-row enrichment). @claudeai made the visual. ~20 min wall clock, ~18K profiles crawled + enriched :)
Parallel Task API is the most powerful deep research agent on the market.
Today, we’re sharing new state-of-the-art results on DeepSearchQA following improvements to the Task API's agent architecture.
We built a completely free CLI agent with @badlogicgames's Pi agent, @ollama (Gemma 4), and Parallel's new free web search MCP.
Check out the blog post to see how to do it yourself: https://t.co/9m9XQEFbGh
The best web search for agents is now free.
Upgrade to Parallel's web search tools in any MCP-supported tool or agent, for free, in under 60 seconds.
No account. No API keys. Zero cost.
