@sidlal @royalenfield i have been waiting for my complaint of fault in the engine sound in SuperMeteror 650; is not yet resolved, it's been pending since April, since I bought the vehicle I have notified the same to the service centre but it is of no use.

@royalenfield @sidlal worst experience I'm getting from your respective team, first they failed to address my issue later failed to resolve, now after my rigorous follow up, forced someone to mail from gmail. Such a big organisation doesn't have your own domain to give reply?

@royalenfield I didn't receive any call, and I am free to receive a call anytime if my query is getting resolved.
Now it's been more than a month since my bike was at the service centre, still not received any solid solution to my problem. This is not the way to treat customers.
