My Pakistanis, the unfolding of the Tosha-khana, Cypher, and Iddat cases only highlights their frivolous, baseless, and politically motivated nature.
When the cypher case emerged, I warned that unless we dealt with it decisively, no Prime Minister in the future would be able to withstand such blatant foreign interference in Pakistan’s internal matters.
General Musharraf also surrendered to the US’ threats of “bombing Pakistan into stone age.”
But, to appease their masters who orchestrated the regime change operation, I was deprived of my legal right of cross-examining the witness or presenting my witnesses, as the handlers knew that it would unmask another great betrayal in our political history just like that of Mir Jaffer of Bengal.
By the grace of God, I have led my life with impeccable financial integrity and credibility with the people of Pakistan donating billions of rupees for my philanthropic projects.
Therefore, the tosha-khana case was concocted because no evidence of financial corruption against me could be found.
Even during the sham trial, when they sensed that the trial would conclude in absolving me, they deprived me of my fundamental right to cross-examination.
Meanwhile, the iddat case has been expedited only because they want to create a narrative against my dream of establishing Pakistan on the principles of Riasat-e Madinah. Therefore, they are concluding it in haste without an iota of fairness in the trial just to announce me guilty.
Pakistanis, you must know that all of these cases have no legal basis; they are part of an on-going political circus in the country for the past 22 months. The hasty manner in which all these cases are being concluded, is for only one purpose which is to demoralise the voters, especially the youth. But, you must not be disheartened, as Allah is the ultimate planner.
Our most powerful and meaningful weapon is that of our vote, and we must wield it to overthrow crooks who have been imposed upon us.
#PakWatch🇵🇰: Welcome to the Banana Republic of Pakistan.
A Pakistani “KANGAROO” court has sentenced Imran Khan to 10 years in prison just days before the country’s general election on February 8, 2024.
🇵🇰IMRAN KHAN SENTENCED TO 10 YEARS | ELECTION INTERFERENCE OR JUSTICE SERVED?
The former Prime Minister of Pakistan, who we had on our space weeks before he was arrested, is now facing 10 years in jail while an election is ongoing in Pakistan.
Many have compared his case to Trump, who is also facing multiple indictments ahead of the U.S. election.
Khan urged his supporters to vote for candidates backed by him.
"This is your war, and this is your test that you have to take revenge for every injustice by your vote on February 8 while remaining peaceful.”

#Pakistan🇵🇰 #IHRF's official statement. The International Human Rights Foundation has conducted a meticulous review of the legal proceedings against Mr Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister, and Mr Shah Mehmood Qureshi, the former Foreign Minister. Our findings reveal a disturbing disregard for the basic principles of justice and due process. We note with deep concern the lack of basic procedural safeguards in their trials. The denial of access to their chosen legal counsel, the closure of the trial to the public and the prohibition of cross-examination of prosecution witnesses are flagrant violations of rights enshrined in international law, including the right to a fair trial and the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.
The charges against Mr Khan and Mr Qureshi appear to be grossly exaggerated, the allegations remain unproven and suggest a political undertone to their prosecution. Such practices not only undermine the credibility of the legal system, but also violate the principles of justice and fairness at the heart of international human rights law. The lack of transparency and impartiality in the conduct of these trials casts a long shadow over the rule of law and the administration of justice in the country concerned.
In light of these findings, the International Human Rights Foundation unequivocally calls for the immediate quashing of the trial proceedings against Mr Imran Khan and Mr Shah Mehmood Qureshi. We call for the withdrawal of all charges and their immediate release from custody. We also call for a thorough and impartial investigation to determine the criminal liability of those involved in orchestrating this miscarriage of justice. The Foundation stands firm in its commitment to uphold the principles of justice and human rights and urges the international community to join in solidarity to redress these grave injustices.

@Umairorkz@WatcherGuru This tweet is the biggest example of copium. We are not progressing, not till we have dinasours for decision making and policy devising.
YouTube just alerted me of attempts being made from Pakistan to login into my YouTube Channel, it’s important for YouTube, Google, Facebook, Twitter and other global platforms to understand that Pakistani govts (that control police, FIA and regulatory bodies like PTA & PEMRA) are operating beyond the boundaries of national laws, courts & constitution and are violating every norm establishment by United Nations and international community since WWII - and are openly defying Supreme Court of Pakistan. This is a dangerous situation- unprecedented even in Pakistan’s disturbed history! People of Pakistan, its media and Pakistani diasporas need understanding and support of International Community!
Take an example: Caretaker govts in two large provinces (almost 170 million people out of 230/240 million population of whole Pakistan) came into existence as per country’s constitution to hold elections within 90 days but instead of holding elections, they have unleashed a reign of terror against people of these provinces.
These governments in Punjab & KP have lost all legal & constitutional legitimacy and are busy doing a massive crackdown against the helpless people of Pakistan.
As per opposition’s estimates almost 10,000 people have been arbitrarily arrested after events of May 9 - an event that increasingly looks suspicious and many fear that it was staged for political gains. For the first time in Pakistan’s history hundreds of women are in state prisons on political charges.
For reasons not fully understood, international community and key western govts are silent on the reign of terror, suppression of media and negation of fundamental rights! West is forgetting that defending these “fundamental values of freedom” has been West’s defining identity! There have been many failures - but West is identified with freedoms and understands that uncontrolled tyranny in one part of the world threatens the whole world! Pakistan and people of Pakistan need West’s help - like never before! @UNHumanRights@cnni@BBCUrdu@POTUS@EU_Commission@amnesty@hrw@elonmusk@YouTube@MarkZuckerman
Girls of Malakand Batkhela district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while going to school. We annually allocate 2.5 percent of the budget for education. I wonder where the rest goes that these children have to suffer this way.
