I like companies that can turn revenue growth into higher FCF growth, and can turn FCF growth into higher FCF/share growth. That's the beauty of margin expansion, buybacks and multiple contraction.
Here's a list of companies that can do just that.
GOP Senator Thom Tillis slams Trump’s $1.8B slush fund:
“I think it’s stupid on stilts… Taxpayer dollars will compensate someone who assaulted a police officer, got convicted…and now we’re going to pay him for that? This is absurd!”
Bull markets have lasted 5x longer than bear markets on average.
Bulls: +254% over 5 years 🐂
Bears: –31% over 1 year 🐻
Markets spend far more time growing wealth than destroying it. Why interrupting compounding is the biggest risk of all.

The Dow closed at an all-time high today and history was made.
We've now seen 13 straight years with at least 1 all-time high, surpassing the epic 1989-2000 streak (12 years).
Records are made to be broken.
Small and mid-caps are looking like the opportunity more and more.
To be clear, we’re not a small or mid-cap fund. We are all cap generalist, with a current bias towards consumer and tech as that is where the world is headed today.
No bias to size.
We go where the value is.
And today, a lot of that value lives in small and mid.
A few points worth calling out:
Quality exists. There are plenty of small/mid companies with pristine balance sheets and durable business models. The narrative that “small equals low quality” doesn’t hold up.
Earnings momentum has turned. EPS revisions just went positive for the first time since late 2022 and before that, 2020. Both times, small caps ripped higher.
Selectivity matters. We’re not making a top-down call to buy the entire index. We’re stock pickers. This is about finding the subset of companies with both earnings leverage and balance sheet strength.
If the concern is that small/mid-caps lack staying power, we are not so sure. History shows these are the moments when the best names in this group outperform.
We’re on board: but selective in what we own.
