I’m extremely excited to announce that @try_glimpse has raised a $35M Series A led by @a16z with continued participation from @8vc & @ycombinator bringing our total raised to $52M.
At Glimpse, we’re building the AI-native infrastructure for CPG & retail brands. We started off automating the deductions workflow - recovering brands millions of dollars back into their P&L & saving dozens of hours every week. With this initial focus, we’ve also built the CPG data layer giving us the opportunity to continue expanding to more manual workflows that can be automated. We’re giving CPG brands real operating leverage in the world of AI.
To our 200+ customers including PLTFRM, Evermark, IQ Bar, Alice Mushrooms, and more, thank you for your faith in us. We have more fuel now to keep supporting & scaling with you all.
We’re hiring - come join us! We’re just getting started.
Today, I'm incredibly excited to announce Default's new inbound orchestration platform and an additional $4m in funding led by @8vc.
We started @withdefault with the vision of building the best platform for revenue teams to orchestrate their inbound workflows, from lead qualification and scheduling to routing and enrichment.
Since our public launch a little over a year ago, we've gone from a handful of early customers and design partners to hundreds of fast-growing companies like Hex, OpenPhone, Bland, and Lemlist who automate their inbound, outbound, and rev ops workflows with Default.
We’ve come a long way since we started, and we’re incredibly grateful for our incredible customers and partners who we get to serve, learn from, and work with every day — we wouldn’t be here without you all.
You can read more about this launch in our latest blog post!

🚀 Launch Announcement🚀
I’m super excited to finally launch the open source project that we’ve been working on for the four months. Neosync is an open source data replication and anonymization pipeline designed to help developers create safe, anonymized test data and sync it across all environments for high-quality local, stage and CI testing.
While we were working on Nucleus Cloud, one of the most common challenges we came across was that during development and testing, it was difficult to keep test databases in sync and secure. Teams were having to hand write synthetic data for testing and debugging and then manually try to keep that data in sync across dev, stage and their CI databases. Other teams were running pgdump, pgrestore from prod -> dev which has major security and privacy issues.
Most existing solutions were expensive, difficult to use, had terrible documentation and didn’t offer a solution for CI databases. So we built Neosync to as a solution to these problems.
Additionally, we talked to a lot of AI/ML teams who were struggling to balance data privacy and having high quality data to train their models. Neosync is starting to solve that problem today with high quality synthetic data and we’ll continue to expand into this area.
Why open source?
We strongly believe that teams should own their data and the tools they use to build and test their applications and train their models should be open source. It’s the only way to protect against walled gardens and selfish actors who want to own your data. Data privacy and security is a right for consumers and companies need to do their part to protect user data. Neosync is the first step towards that.
We’re at the very start of a long journey and we’re excited to see how teams use Neosync. Check out our project, give us a star and, of course, please contribute.
Introducing Neosync.

.@GarryTan CEO of @ycombinator calling the SVB fallout an "extinction level event for startups"
"These depositors will not survive weeks or months without some sort of plan from the govt."
$SVIB #SiliconValleyBank#startups
The real victims of the SVB fallout are the depositors:
startups (10 to 100 employees) who cannot make payroll, and will have to shut down or furlough *next week*
If these startups wait weeks/months for their deposits, we have destroyed a generation of US startups, *at random*
