@MikeCunningham Have done it in certain situations. For example 2nd runner will put hand back on the 4th left hand stroke so it’s back on the 8th step. Have also used existing marks on track on when to put hand back. Can always give verbal if if gets ran up on.

@I_Coach_Speed Some athlete have to spend too much time on the ground to jump that high which might negate the training stimulus that your after.
