Only took 2 hours to be declined for following the instructions and sharing my most recent 90 days for which I was told it was under 22.

Unfortunately now @hertz is attempting to sequester $940 on my card, instead of the difference of $7 between the vehicles. So I’ve been charged for a working vehicle that didn’t actually work. The 2nd transaction didn’t go thru. Now I’m on public transportation. Thanks Hertz

So I left the @Hertz counter, retrieved my belongings from the car and asked to cancel the rental. At that point, NOW a car suddenly appeared. An electric car, like I’d initially reserved. The voucher rep, said nothing. The other rep then ran my card for an additional $475.

The @Hertz counter rep then advised me to get the car in earlier so it can be repaired, b/c apparently now my job is a Hertz fleet repair tech. She assured me that it would be accepted , and ALL I’d have to do is give up another day of work getting this issue sorted.

Day 4 of the @Hertz fiasco. After being told that the voucher I was given was no longer active by Firestone, I call the local office AGAIN and I’m told to come in b/c there is an electric vehicle available. Upon arrival, the counter rep then backtracks, no car

@Hertz I’m going to document and share this entire snafu. The non service when I call the 800 nbr, the deception that I’ve received from the counter reps, and the entire amount of time it takes to get a resolution.

I then have to begin a new process with @Avis and given a new case #61620488 with additional excuses and zero timely resolution. I’ve been lied to 5x by @avis customer care

The problem with overseas customer service is a lack of public facing accountability @Avis. The “supervisor” Jonathan who gave me the case #61621296 didn’t follow thru, and so a week later I call back to find that nothing has been accomplished.

Last month when I downloaded @classpass I loved it. Tried to change my membership level, & was rewarded with the info update that it had been done. WRONG! Overcharged by $75
