@AlexAlexicumd @bryan_johnson Yeah, I would say what he is doing isn't enough, but it likely is helping control his symptoms. I don't exactly remember his entire stack, but I wouldn't be surprised if he takes some supplements, like ashwagandha, that stimulate the immune system.

@AlexAlexicumd @bryan_johnson Actually, you can, and many people do, have immune dysregulation with the absence of irregular inflammation (immune cells can destroy tissues without first causing inflammation). Inflammation is often involved and obviously makes everything worse though.

@AlexAlexicumd @bryan_johnson Not necessarily inflammation driven (my inflammation numbers are rarely elevated, but I am still symptomatic with my autoimmune condition). The dysregulation of immune cells seems to be the main driver.
