Meiner Meinung nach das am besten recherchierte Buch über die Entstehungsgeschichte von Bitcoin – jetzt endlich in deutscher Übersetzung bei Aprycot Media.

[Daniel @anarchy_dot_gov]

The Genesis Book by @AaronvanW is incredible! Very informative and entertaining!

It's essential reading for anyone interested in p2p digital cash. You can understand how we got here, and where we should be going with our struggle to build alternatives to fiat.

@Zozo2oel @adam3us >I don’t understand, you can tell a node to reject a block even though the block follows the rules ?

Indeed.

[Aaron van Wirdum @AaronvanW]

Just in case the Bdashers’ wipeout argument does stick around: Bitcoin nodes can always reject the BIP110 chain even in the *extremely* unlikely scenario that it would overtake the Bitcoin chain at some point, by running bitcoin-cli invalidateblock 0000000000000000000169eb6f811ddbd0daf343af7b62180cdb13e7c78dbc16.

(This tells your node that the first block on the BIP110 chain is invalid, which of course means that entire chain is considered invalid.)
