@mrs_mulford I make my students get up and go and talk to at least 2 people in the classroom, my students are losing out on getting to know their classmates so I have them talk and then share something about one another. It’s important that we encourage them to use their social skills.

@AmandaOberdick I need to try that. We’re not aloud to let our students go into break out rooms unless we’re in every room, Microsoft teams doesn’t allow this so I will have to try that!

@msg_esl Yes we just starting using this year and it’s really a great tool and easy to use and I am not tech savvy at all!

@sowilmu Yes it’s a struggle. We were told we could not use breakout rooms unless were in every room at all times. We can not leave them unattended which makes it very difficult to utilize them for small group discussions.
