🚨 अंबोली पुलिस स्टेशन की निगरानी में अवैध हॉकर्स का बोलबाला? सड़क पर लग रही मार्केट से सुरक्षा पर सवाल

जोगेश्वरी पश्चिम के मोमिन नगर, JVLR सिग्नल के नीचे सड़क पर कथित अवैध हॉकर्स और मार्केट के कारण रास्ता बाधित होने तथा पैदल यात्रियों और वाहन चालकों की सुरक्षा को लेकर गंभीर सवाल उठ रहे हैं। स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि इस अवैध बाजार के कारण इलाके में भीड़ बढ़ रही है और मोबाइल फोन, ज्वेलरी तथा बैग चोरी होने की कई घटनाओं की शिकायतें अंबोली पुलिस स्टेशन तक पहुंच रही हैं। हालांकि, इन आरोपों की स्वतंत्र पुष्टि आवश्यक है।

स्थानीय नागरिकों का कहना है कि शिकायत या NC दर्ज कराने के लिए अंबोली पुलिस स्टेशन पहुंचने पर कथित तौर पर उन्हें यह कहकर टाल दिया जाता है कि “खाली यही काम है क्या हमारे पास?” यदि यह शिकायत सही है, तो यह बेहद गंभीर मामला है और वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा इसकी निष्पक्ष जांच की आवश्यकता है।

सवाल यह भी है कि सड़क और सार्वजनिक रास्ते पर कथित अवैध बाजार को किसकी अनुमति या संरक्षण मिल रहा है? क्या संबंधित पुलिस एवं BMC अधिकारी नियमित कार्रवाई कर रहे हैं? मुंबई में BMC ने फुटपाथ और सड़क से अवैध अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए कार्रवाई के निर्देश भी दिए हैं।

CP, DCP और ACP पूरे मामले की स्वतंत्र जांच कराएं, शिकायतों एवं NC की समीक्षा करें तथा यदि किसी पुलिस अधिकारी की लापरवाही या मिलीभगत जांच में साबित होती है, तो संबंधित Senior/PI/API के खिलाफ नियमानुसार कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए।
