@JepsenThomas @ahrefs @semrush We are using both tools at work, and both are powerful.
I mostly use Semrush, though. It helps me create SEO strategy and prep the doc (using Semrush writing assistant) for the writer so they can then create SEO-optimized content. And Semrush has so many different tools within!

@dave_watches @cmwalker I agree you can not 100% relay SEO tools for toxicity. I usually run the report with Semrush and then check manually through toxic links and determine if I really have to disavow it. A little extra work but worth it.

They recently added a new tool - KW Manager for creating clusters. Life got easier for us!

@JepsenThomas @ChrisTzitzis @Stefan01301380 Both tools are great and powerful for KW research. What I have noticed is that Semrush finds more longtail/question based kw which comes handy when you are looking to find kw for informational content.

@iamhajikhan98 It's hard for SEO tools to give you accurate data since they do not have access to your GA. Most SEO tools like Semrush allow you to connect your projects to GA and GSC and this way you will get accurate data.
Imagine if those tools wouldn't exist how would we spy on competitors
