@DSMStrength @OVRPerformance The only issue is you would have to have athletes alternate and have a great tracking system, which we all know you already do very well. If you want me to test it out with jump and RSI, I can for you to see if/how it works. Just let me know.

@DSMStrength @OVRPerformance You could teether/pair multiple OVRs together which then the info goes to 1 Ipad. I use this for contact time with 2 hurdles. I would assume it would work for jump height and RSI.

Sasha crushing his Box Squats in yesterday’s training with an mean speed of 0.73m/s at 195lbs for 5 reps using the @VitruveFit as we move further along into his off-season training!! For those who don’t know much about bar speed, that is FAST!!

@coach_ridderbos Completely agree!! They worry so much about dropping down on the landing, they forget to jump. I have a few that are better at dropping on the landing, but when you look at it on instant replay, they hit the mat in a quarter squat and then continue to drop.
