@RAC_Care my son reported a breakdown at 10 am this morning and its now 19.24 and still no one has been out to him. The last contact said it may be about 9.40 pm before they get to him. What a joke of a service.

@AndyBurnhamGM Andy, I understand staffing issues at MIA baggage section and security but luggage today is taking longer to come off than the flight from London, can you not bring some pressure on the airport to resolve the problem ASAP.
