Nice winter morning to get outside for a workout. We welcomed 2 FNGs and followed up with great conversation over coffee.

Had the honor of leading the workout this morning with Cisco from @f3desmoines We did a Pearls on a String, a DORA, and finished with 11’s. Awesome location!! Also had some great fellowship to talk about growing F3 in the area. @F3Nation @F3CrossroadsIL @F3Naperville @F3StLouis

2 PAX showed up for a frigid (3 degrees) workout yesterday. Frozen fingers and eyelids were worth it!

F3 Crossroads is officially in Channahon! 28 PAX (including two FNGs) showed up for the opening of the Three Rivers AO. Yellow Card took the group on a brief tour of the AO before putting everybody through a killer tabata.

50 men & their families from @F3CrossroadsIL participated in a 3rd F event this evening packing 58 boxes and 12k meals for children in need across the globe. F3 is more than a workout group, we are changing lives one at a time. @F3Nation @F3Foundation

The day was capped off with the announcement of 2 new AOs launching in the next 2 weeks for the invigoration of male community leadership @F3Nation @F3Expansion

Bone Spur led 59 PAX through a Winter Convergence to the roots of The Colosseum. Between some miles a small number of copperhead squats, lunges, and steps set the tone for leg day! Capped off the morning with some upper body merkins and Mary for the M’s and significant others.

@F3CrossroadsIL Doc Brown lead 5 other men on a 4 round, 8 mins each round, 6 reps each min, 4 burpee variation beatdown. Everyone got stronger at around 200 burpees. #embracethesuck @F3Nation
