My idea to save #GardenGrove from failing chemical tank:
1. Use Crane or Excavator to lift Robot on top of tank and drill a hole.
2. Use Vacuum Truck to suck tank empty.
3. Move hazardous materials to refrigerated Trucks or Containers.
