Thought I’d give @British_Airways a chance again, what a mistake, two hour delay from Heathrow to Aberdeen, no aircon whilst sat in the plane and one hour waiting for luggage in Aberdeen. Flight BA1312 today.
@Conscious_Orb_ I’ve bought a house and previous owner had pre payment meters - been told by UW I have to pay a £400 bond held for 12 months to go on their monthly billing - I have a grade A credit rating - shall move elsewhere thank you
@AmexUK anyone else no longer able to use their Priority Pass lounge card issued with their Amex account despite it being paid for
Online chat looking in to it but told it takes 7-10 days despite me informing I have staff refused lounge entry already and more travelling on Mon

@jet2tweets my son and his ten mates were due to fly on LS 1265 out of Birmingham to Tenerife today then told at last minute flight AND hotel cancelled and only a refund would be given - that can’t be right when people have booked time off work .
@ring@ring only response was to refund the original payment and called it compensation for loss of all security recordings - it’s a refund for a failed service and no compensation at all - very poor service from what I thought was a tech savvy company - avoid multiple devices
@ring did you know that if you buy additional RING items for your house and start a new payment plan for each of them, as you would when they are new, if a bank transaction fails for whatever reason for the new item then all your RING items devices are disabled.
We paid an annual fee in Jan for our ring doorbell then adde 2 cameras in July but failed to authorise the two factor so @ring cancelled ALL subscriptions, paid up or not, on my account - I escalated my complaint today and told that is their policy - so we have lost all recording
