The 2025 ASH guidelines for older adults with AML are now out!
An honor to contribute alongside leaders in the field and to represent patients and physicians from Latin America and other LMICs.
I never imagined having the opportunity to be part of something like this! 🤯@ASH_hematology

A young doctor was r@ped & murdered 😭
Doctors are protesting (some aren't!!)
The common man is opposing this protest or simply doesn't care 🤷🏻
The investigation has been botched up 😡
The evidence has been tampered with 😡
How is this acceptable?

@NicoGagelmann Chronic lymphocytic leukemia!
I recently saw a patient with CLL on Ibrutinib, whose labs showed a rising WBC count ~600K and a new onset thrombocytosis >1 million.
Review of peripheral blood smear lead to an additional diagnosis!!
