@Muzzlebuster I d say this may be quite the opposite. Mechanic uses AI glasses, that suggests him a wrong component. Engine goes into flames. AI is dumb af, at least now. Also, worse - mechanic doesnt learn, expertise grows through pain. AI destroys students nowaday, they all go for cheap op

@drhoeflinger For anxiety, try Buteyko method of breathing. It's the opposite of deep breathing. The secret is to breath less and a bit shallow, locking some CO2 inside. It forced the brain to better manage oxygen and calms you down nicely.
