விஜய் வாகனம் மோதிவிட்டது ஆக வழக்கு போடலாம் சொன்ன இதே ஆளும் அரசு , நீதிமன்றம் - எங்கே இதுக்கு ஒரு வழக்கு போட்டு திருமா வாகனம் பறிமுதல் செய்யுங்கள்? இதில் குமபலாக சேர்ந்து ஒரு நபரை அடிக்கிறார்கள்! இதெல்லாம் என்ன வழக்கு போடும் திமுக?

அதுல பாருங்க அடக்கப்பட்டோம் ஒடுக்கப்பட்டோம்னு பேச வேண்டியது - ஆனால் உண்மையில் விசிக கட்சி ஆட்கள் செய்யும் ரவுடிதனத்தால் மக்கள் தான் ஒடுங்கி போய் உள்ளார்கள்.

இன்று சென்னை உயர்நீதி மன்றம் அருகே விடுதலை சிறுத்தைகள் கட்சி தலைவர் தொல்.திருமாவளவன் அவர்கள் சென்று கொண்டிருந்த வாகனம் இருசக்கர வாகனம் ஒன்றின் மீது மோதிய நிலையில், அந்த வாகனத்தில் சென்று கொண்டிருந்த நபர் (வழக்கறிஞர்) மீது கடும் தாக்குதலில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளனர் விடுதலை சிறுத்தைகள் கட்சியின் குண்டர்கள். சென்னையில் இது போன்ற சிறு சிறு விபத்துக்கள் தினந்தோறும் நடைபெறுவது சகஜம் என்றாலும், ஒரு கட்சி தலைவர் அமர்ந்துள்ள வாகனத்தில் வந்தவர்களும், அவரின் ஆதரவாளர்களும் காவல்துறையினரின் முன்னிலையிலேயே பாதிக்கப்பட்ட நபரை ஓட ஓட விரட்டுவது, இரு சக்கர வாகனத்தை சேதப்படுத்துவது போன்ற செயல்களை அரங்கேற்றியதை விட, இந்த நிகழ்வுகளை 'அடங்க மறு, அத்துமீறு' என்ற கொள்கை குன்றாக வாகனத்திலேயே அமர்ந்து கொண்டு, நடந்த தாக்குதலை கண்டிக்காது வேடிக்கை பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருந்த தொல். திருமாவளவன் அவர்களே, உங்களிடம் தலைமை பண்பு உள்ளதா? என்பதே என் கேள்வி!

The Baashyam group managed to get FSI increased for Chennai city in November 2024 which will give hundreds of crores in profit to the group. However, Abinesh, in his arrogance and greed, got the FSI increased in connivance with Sekar Babu, without the knowledge of Chief Minister. When Stalin got wind of it, he immediately ordered cancellation of the increased FSI.

Baashyam group had sold most of its properties even without RERA approval and received 50% advance based on the increased FSI. Following the withdrawal of increased FSI, all its ongoing and upcoming projects are in doldrums.

Baashyam’s Koyambedu Crowne Residence project is also facing trouble. This project which should have been completed and handed over in February 2025 has been extended by one year. Unable to withstand pressure from customers, Baashyam is handing over the flats to buyers even without Completion Certificate. This has resulted in lack of power and water connection to flats.

Without RERA approval, Baashyam group has collected advances both in cheque and cash for Prarthana project, Srinivasa theatre project and Adyar Gate hotel project which run into more than thousand crores. But all this money have been diverted for purchasing new lands like ABT and Standard Chartered.

The RERA which should pull up the Baashyam group is sadly headed by former Chief Secretary Shiv Das Meena IAS, who is a close associate of Baashyam.

A mega scam of 200 crores was happening in the Madurai corporation for more than 4 years, with the active connivance of elected representatives. Property tax and other charges collected from the public were deposited in private accounts and crores were swindled.
