Azerbaijan has positioned itself as an unreliable negotiator and deal-maker. Their President signed a trilateral ceasefire statement on November 9th and took responsibility for providing a corridor for uninterrupted connection between #Artsakh/#NagornoKarabakh and #Armenia. However, they now refuse to implement that commitment and are attempting to impose new preconditions for opening the #Lachincorridor. While we have consistently expressed our willingness to negotiate, if Azerbaijan intends to change the perception of being an unreliable negotiator, they must adhere to the terms outlined in the November 9th statement. President Aliyev should honor his own signature, so that others will also show respect for it.
