“I’m pleased that the government has accepted the PPP’s suggestion to jointly engage politically with the opposition in an effort to find political solutions to political problems.

The challenge of terrorism has become an existential threat to Pakistan, particularly given the active support these groups receive from neighbouring countries.

I hope these talks conclude with the opposition unconditionally calling off its long march, allowing us to come together as a nation to combat the menace of terrorism and address the threats emanating from neighbouring countries.

کراچی کے یونیورسٹی روڈ پر ریڈ لائن بی آر ٹی (Red Line BRT) کے روٹ پر ایک واقعہ پیش آیا سی ای او ترانس کراچی زبیر چنہ نے الف ڈبلیو او (AWO) کے حکام کے ہمراہ حادثے کی جگہ کا دورہ کیا اور صورتحال کی مکمل وضاحت جاری کی۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ ریڈ لائن بی آر ٹی کا بنیادی اسٹرکچر یا فلائی اوور بالکل محفوظ ہے اور ایسا کوئی حادثہ نہیں ہوا۔ اصل واقعہ شٹرنگ کے لیے لگائے گئے لوہے کے پائپ کو کاٹنے کی کوشش کے دوران پیش آیا، جہاں توازن بگڑنے کی وجہ سے بھاری بھرکم لوہا نیچے آ گرا۔ زبیر چنہ نے اس بات کی بھی تصدیق کی کہ اس حادثے میں جاں بحق ہونے والا شخص سیکیورٹی گارڈ نہیں تھا۔ انتظامیہ کی جانب سے واقعے کا تفصیلی جائزہ لیا جا رہا ہے تاکہ اصل وجوہات کا مکمل تعین کیا جا سکے۔
