ALL EYES ON NSCN-IM AND THEIR MOUTHPIECE KHANUITHOT-KHON CORRUPTION IN UKHRUL AND KAMJONG DISTRICTS:
A major, well-orchestrated scam has been executed by the authorities of the state government, political representatives, and Tangkhul CSOs against poor Indian citizens—whether Kuki, Tangkhul, Pangal, Meitei, etc.—in Manipur. Below Poverty Line (BPL) cardholders residing in Manipur have been deceived for the last 5 years or more.
Every person who is authorized to hold a BPL card and draw ration and other basic necessity items has been cheated for years. Sometimes, in the name of riots, natural calamities, communal crises, etc., all the facilities like rice, wheat flour, kerosene oil, cooking oil, onions, potatoes, etc., given by the Central Government as part of various schemes have either been sold to insurgent groups or local businessmen. Even the middleman agents are not aware of the authorization and have been made to sign the documents.
The scam can be easily understood: if every person in Ukhrul district was authorized under APL, BPL, AAY, PHH, and NPHH schemes, and the same was not provided for 1 month, then the amount of money scammed would be massive. As the number of districts and months increases, the quantum of money scammed also increases. And if this is calculated from 2023 onward only, when the crisis between Meitei and Kuki flared in Manipur, the Central Government never stopped providing benefits, but the ration never reached poor citizens. Then, the level of the scam would be mammoth in size. It is not only one community affected; it is against every BPL cardholder.
As per latest reports, in February 2026, Khanuithot Khon and NSCN allegedly purchased all ration present in the Ukhrul godown and sold it at market rate. They kept doing it until June 2026 and sold all the ration for personal benefit. The agents were given money for 1 month only. However, no money has been given to locals, especially Kukis residing in the Kamjong region.
Now, the locals who will get money as compensation will not get subsidized ration from the market. So if a villager was supposed to get 5 kg of rice per month, now, because of being scammed, he will be given cash instead. He will now buy ration from the market and would be able to afford only 50% of the ration that he could have received through the distribution process, because he has no access to rice at subsidized rates.
The matter becomes more serious when other items like dal, onions, potatoes, oil, etc., are added to the list, as they were never given to anyone.
The matter requires a transparent inquiry, and all those responsible must be put behind bars, including those from the Food & Supply Department. The involvement of local CSOs in the matter will surely ensure that all needy persons get their due benefit or compensation.

Subject: Complaint seeking investigation into alleged seditious activities and threats to India’s sovereignty by Dr. Nelson Vashum and associates
Respected Sir,
With due respect, I wish to bring to your notice alleged seditious activities that pose a threat to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of India, as enshrined in Article 1 of the Constitution.
Facts of the matter:
1. Dr. Nelson Vashum, a medical doctor by profession, identified as the brother of Atem Vashum, SS “Deputy Prime Minister” & former Army Chief of Tangkhul secessionist narco-terrorist organization NSCN-IM, is alleged to have publicly advanced a separatist agenda to carve out an independent “Naga State” from Indian territory.
2. He is reported to have declared plans to hoist an “independent Naga flag” on August 14, 2026, across the border in Myanmar, and to seek legitimacy from US officials, including a Cabinet member or an emissary designated by President Donald J. Trump.
3. He is further alleged to have rejected India’s sovereignty, stating: “We will never live scattered and divided at the whims and fancies of the occupiers, that is, India,” and to have described India’s presence in Nagaland since October 1954 as “invasion.”
4. Dr. Nelson Vashum is reportedly the brother of Shri Khasim Vashum, sitting MLA and former Cabinet Minister, Government of Manipur, and Shri Sword Vashum, President, Tangkhul Naga Long and retired IAAS officer. Their family survives on government services and salaries in different capacities; however, their mentality and motive appear to be to break the Indian Union, similar to Kashmiri separatists.
Legal basis for complaint:
The above statements/actions appear to constitute offenses under Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 – _acts endangering sovereignty, unity and integrity of India_, and Section 61 – _criminal conspiracy_.
Prayer:
I humbly request that:
1. A thorough investigation be ordered into the veracity of these statements, their source, date, and platform of publication.
2. Appropriate legal action be taken against all persons found responsible, in accordance with law.
3. Preventive measures be taken to ensure India’s sovereignty and security are not compromised.
I am willing to cooperate and provide any further information/evidence if required.
Yours faithfully,
The Proud Indian

Thousands from #Saikul Block’s #Kuki-Zo community protested the proposed #Dolaithabi resettlement plan, demanding no resettlement without mutual agreement, respect for the buffer zone, and adherence to the people’s mandate for lasting peace. @LokBhavManipur@HMOIndia@Kuki_Inpi
The Kuki-Zo Women's Forum, Delhi & NCR, strongly condemns the proposal by Manipur's HM to pardon Arambai Tenggol for their crimes. This proposal is a blatant attempt to grant impunity to the perpetrators of horrific crimes against Kuki-Zo young girls & women

📌 A cheap attempt has been made by the Tangkhuls and ZUF-Kamson minions to nullified the video of Assam Rifles's CO, Col. Sunil Singh Lunthi as an old video which contradicts all the facts available (in pics). He is the officer in the video and still posted there carrying out his national responsibility dutifully as a soldier.
The only man who came up to Ukhrul to treat the Tangkhul snakes properly is this guy called Tah Chapa Col. Sunil Singh Lunthi. @official_dgar
Well done 👍💯 ✅🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
📹 Video from Ukhrul, a Tangkhul-dominated area, claims Kukis are being deleted from the SIR list without any due process 📷
All BLOs are Tangkhuls.
Kukis make up less than 7% of the combined population of Ukhrul & Kamjong districts 📊
If anyone were to manipulate the SIR process, the Tangkhuls are clearly well positioned — they control all BLOs and the district headquarters 🏛️

URGENT APPEAL TO THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, CENTRAL SECURITY FORCES, COBRA TEAM, AND THE GOVERNMENT OF MANIPUR
We urgently appeal to the Government of India, the Government of Manipur, Central Security Forces, and the COBRA Team to immediately restore free movement along the National Highway between Senapati District and Kangpokpi District.
The ongoing blockade, allegedly enforced by NSCN-IM, ZUF (Kamson Group), Shan National Army elements, and supported by the United Naga Council, has severely disrupted the transportation of essential commodities, including food grains, medicines, fuel, and other daily necessities.
As a result, the people of Kangpokpi District, including the Kuki community and other communities residing in the district, are facing immense hardship. Prices of essential goods have increased sharply, medical supplies are becoming scarce, and ordinary citizens are struggling to meet their daily needs. Women, children, the elderly, patients, students, and daily wage earners are bearing the heaviest burden of this prolonged blockade.
National Highways are public lifelines meant for all citizens and must not be obstructed under any circumstance. The continued disruption of the free movement of essential goods is creating a humanitarian concern that requires immediate attention from the authorities.
We therefore make an emergency request to the Government of India, the Government of Manipur, Central Security Forces, and the COBRA Team to take urgent and effective measures to ensure the safe movement of vehicles carrying food, medicines, fuel, and other essential commodities, and to restore normalcy on the National Highway without further delay.
The people of Kangpokpi District cannot continue to suffer under these conditions. Immediate intervention is necessary to protect the welfare, livelihood, and basic rights of all affected citizens.
Open the National Highway. Restore the movement of essential goods. End the hardship faced by innocent civilians.
