ما تُسمى بحكومة تأسيس تعلّق نشاط منظمة أطباء بلا حدود @MSF_Sudan في مناطق سيطرتها.

للعلم المنظمة هى أول جهة اكتشفت المجاعة في السودان في فبراير 2024 داخل #مخيم_زمزم

وعندما يتم تعليق عمل المنظمة التي قالت هناك مجاعة، هل تنتهي المجاعة بتعليق عمل هذه المنظمة؟.

ستبقى المجاعة في مكانها، فلا أحد يأكل من البيانات، ولا أحد ينجو لأن جهةً ما قررت إسكات ناقوس الإنذار.

المبررات عمياء بتعليق عمل منظمة كاملة تنقذ الأرواح، بينما يمكن السماح لها بالعمل، ومتابعة انتهاكات بعض موظفيها.

The so-called founding government has suspended the activities of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in areas under its control.

For the record, MSF was the first organization to detect famine in Sudan in February 2024, inside the Zamzam_Camp.

And when the work of the organization that said there is a famine is suspended, does the famine end with the suspension of this organization's work?

The famine will remain in place. No one feeds on data, and no one survives just because some party decided to silence the alarm bell.

The justifications for suspending an entire organization that saves lives are blind, when it would have been possible to allow it to operate while monitoring violations committed by some of its staff.

We thank @ACPIMPhysicians for standing up and advocating for the thousands of physicians affected by the USCIS pause.

Since December, US-trained doctors born in 39 designated countries have effectively been blocked from every legal pathway to remain lawfully in the US and continue caring for patients: no visa extensions, no work permits, no green cards, and no path to citizenship, despite doing everything right and giving years of service to the US healthcare system.

These are not new applicants trying to enter the system. They are doctors already here who completed residency and fellowship in the US, are board-certified in their primary specialty, and are already caring for American patients. Many serve in rural and underserved communities, where losing even one physician can be devastating.

After years of training and service, their careers are being brought to a halt for one reason alone: their country of birth. Yet almost no one knows this is happening. Media coverage has been minimal, and organizational advocacy has been scarce.

ACP was among the first to recognize the gravity of this issue. This is not just an immigration matter. It is a patient care crisis unfolding in plain sight.

On National Doctor’s Day, remember this: not every doctor is celebrating.

Some are spending today in fear, stripped of dignity, watching everything they built begin to unravel, not because they failed or broke the law, but because a USCIS pause is excluding them based on where they were born (Nigeria, Venezuela, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Cuba, and others).

These are physicians who followed the law, were vetted, did everything the right way, and believed in the promise of America. They completed residency and fellowship, passed their board exams, trained here, paid taxes, served veterans, staffed rural hospitals, and cared for underserved communities for years.

And now they are being told that none of it matters, simply because of the country of their birth.

Instead of celebrating, many are wondering whether, in a few weeks, they will still be able to feed their children, keep health insurance, remain in their homes, or hold on to careers they spent decades building.

That is the reality behind the white coat for thousands this year.
