@leevalueroach The crazy thing is here in GA they actually buy it for $1250 per acre. Some was just bought in my area . I think it was 2500 acres over 3 tracts last yr.....
And not 2 miles up from the tract a 125 acre tract sold for $8500-9000 an acre
