We all need to "do the right thing because it is the right thing to do!"
The biggest influences in most departments are the senior Fire Fighters....they are the true leaders!

@brunol42 Hey brother...in my opinion, the biggest problem currently affecting the fire service is the culture.
The sense of entitlement is unbelievable. There certainly are FD and Association leaders that should be trying to harder to improve the current culture....

@SouthSimcoePS Unfortunately the number of drivers that are not obeying the 4 way stops in Innisfil is increasing. I travel these roads daily and continue to witness drivers ignoring the stop signs.
