@PawanKalyan @naralokesh @collector_akp @vijaysundarapu గారు, మా గ్రామమైన కృష్ణంపాలెం, 2006లో APIIC రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధి కోసం తమ భూములు మరియు ఇళ్లను ప్రభుత్వానికి అప్పగించిన గ్రామస్తులతో కూడిన సమాజం. ఈ త్యాగానికి గడిచిన 18 సంవత్సరాలు అయినప్పటికీ, మా ప్రజలు తీవ్ర నిర్లక్ష్యం మరియు అన్యాయాన్ని ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు.

ప్రభుత్వానికి భూములు అప్పగించిన ప్రతి కుటుంబానికి పునరావాసం (R&R) కల్పించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది. అయితే, లింగ బేధాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించే అధికారుల వైఖరి కారణంగా, మేజర్ అయిన మగ పిల్లలకు మాత్రమే R&R కల్పిస్తూ, మేజర్ అయిన ఆడపిల్లలను అర్హుల జాబితా నుంచి తొలగించడం ద్వారా తీవ్ర అన్యాయం జరుగుతోంది.

మా ప్రధాన వినతులు:
R&R యాక్ట్ ప్రకారం, భూములు కోల్పోయిన ప్రతి అర్హ కుటుంబానికి లింగ బేధం లేకుండా పునరావాస స్థలాలు మరియు పరిహారం కల్పించాలి.

మేజర్ అయిన ఆడపిల్లల పేర్లను తిరిగి అర్హుల జాబితాలో చేర్చి, వారికి న్యాయం జరగాలి.

Dear Anakapalli District @collector_akp, We respectfully request your immediate attention to the issue concerning 26 major daughters from the displaced families of Krishnampalem Village, who were removed from the rehabilitation eligibility list in 2025 merely on the grounds that they were married.

In 2023, both male and female children were treated equally for rehabilitation. We therefore request that the authorities clearly provide, in writing, the specific law, Government Order, or official instructions under which these 26 women were removed from the eligibility list.

When questioned, officials have reportedly stated only that they are acting on “instructions from above,” without disclosing who issued those instructions or the legal basis for them.

We sincerely request you to review this matter, ensure equal treatment without discrimination based on gender or marital status, and restore the legitimate rehabilitation rights of the affected women.

Please ensure justice for the daughters of our displaced families. 🙏
