@AmazonHelp Our Seller Account was immediately de-activated after opening due to insufficient documentation. We resubmitted the requested documents on Feb 26th and March 12th but have not heard anything back. Can you please help? All of our requests have been ignored.
@Delta I have been trying to get support for over three days now. Your website does not allow me to change or cancel, you are not answering the phone, and I was waiting on chat all day today without getting an agent. How do I talk to someone? My flight is in 6 days!
@Zelle Your app is just broken...I can't even sign up. You had a product that worked (clearXchange) and replaced it with one that doesn't. Your tier 2 support takes hours to pickup the phone, and then could not fix the issue. This was an awful experience.
