BMC says this structure is illegal, because the documents from 1946 & 1947 are not valid....., because they are not prior to 1964 🙄

Surely BMC must know that 1946 is way prior in time to 1964 🤦‍♂️

According to WRIT PETITION 2 of 20 by @bombayhc in this pendemic all demolition shall remain in abeyance till 31 Oct. Still @mybmc came for demolition on 22Sep,30Sep, 01Oct,06Oct.
