@PostOffice do special delivery envelopes need stamps? I bought two in different branches, paid 9.85 for both and one staff member stuck 9.85 worth of stamps on and the other didn't. Said the barcode on the envelope knows it's been paid for.

@HamburgAirport Two water refill stations at gate C7 + C11 aren't quite enough for people at A + B gates, when they take 12 mins to walk to and back, and every bar in the airport refuses to refill your bottle. And Hamburg has great tap water. Would be amazing to see some more.

Hi @HeinzUK, I have a question: Why are there 3-packs? Why not sell all the cans separately and if you buy 3, you pay however much a 3-pack would cost? Saves the planet the extra packaging. (Very happy that you switched from plastic to cardboard, though!)

Hi @LNER, does your staff remind people that they are sitting in the quiet coach sometimes? It seems it's up to the customers to ask people to be quiet in the quiet coach. Which can get uncomfortable no matter how politely it's phrased, so I usually quietly build up frustration.
