@LindorffLarsen It is true that the protein folding problem has not been solved. A protein may have a mass of folding conformations under different conditions. We developed protein structure finger technology to discover the folding variations which may be a new way to solve the challenge.
If you do not have a given 3D structure, according sequence, the Protein Structure Fingerprint Technology can provide PFVM, which is a matrix and has complete folding variations description.
If you have a given 3D structure, the Protein Structure Fingerprint Technology can convert it into PFSC description, completely covering secondary as well as tertiary fragment.
