The Indo-Swiss Blockchain Forum 2026, hosted by Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) concluded its final day with a high-level stakeholder interaction at GIFT City, India’s premier international financial services hub organised by RRU along with NSE IX and IFSCA.

Over the course of three days, the event facilitated in-depth deliberations on blockchain fundamentals, DeFi innovations, crypto forensics, AML compliance, and cross-border financial risks. These discussions were enriched by experts from key government and regulatory institutions, including IFSCA, SEBI, NSE IX, RBI, and the University of Zurich, with the objective of fostering substantive engagement and generating actionable insights.

The final day concluded with a stakeholder interaction, bringing together eminent experts for an enriching and thought-provoking session.

A delegation from Rashtriya Raksha University, Madhya Pradesh Campus, held an insightful interaction with Shri Anurag Jain, Chief Secretary, Government of Madhya Pradesh, focusing on RRU’s potential role in supporting the State’s vision of achieving a Samridh and Shashakt Madhya Pradesh by 2047.

Sport as Multilateralism in Action: An Instrument for Nation-Building, Global Cooperation, Peace and Development

Connecting IORC 2026 with the Olympic values of excellence, respect, and friendship, Prof. Patel highlighted that the Olympics remind humanity that excellence is possible without hostility, that competition can coexist with respect, and that rules can unite people who might otherwise never meet. In a world where trust is often scarce, sport continues to create moments of shared joy and collective pride.

By linking India’s Olympic ecosystem with global Olympic values, the United Nations objectives, and the broader international system, conferences like IORC help position sport as a practical tool for peace and development. These conferences are significant because of their emphasis on evidence-based research and policy engagement. If sport is to meaningfully contribute to peace and development, it must be supported by knowledge, ethical standards, and institutional integrity.

Rashtriya Raksha University, with the support of @MEAIndia and in coordination with the High Commission of @IndiainGuyana, inaugurated four specialised training programmes for the @guyanapolice Force on 16 December 2025 in the august presence of Hon’ble Oneidge Walrond, Minister of Home Affairs, Cooperative Republic of Guyana.

The programmes include training in Fingerprint Science and Questioned Documents; a five-day programme on SMART and Predictive Policing; a programme on Preventing Human Trafficking: Issues, Challenges, and Preventive Measures; and a one-week programme on Artificial Intelligence for Investigation.

These programmes, mark an important step forward in India-Guyana cooperation and are aligned with the MoU signed between Rashtriya Raksha University and the National Defence Institute during the State Visit of Shri @narendramodi , Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, to Guyana on 20 November 2024, in the presence of H.E. President Dr. Irfaan Ali.

On 12 December 2025, Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) and the University of Ladakh (UoL) signed a MoU at Lok Niwas, Leh, in the august presence of Shri @KavinderGupta, Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh.

The Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor graciously acknowledged Rashtriya Raksha University’s contributions in the fields of security education, policing studies, forensics, cyber security, and psychological resilience, and emphasised the importance of specialised capacity-building initiatives tailored to Ladakh’s strategic geography, border sensitivities, and unique environmental context.

The MoU establishes a structured framework for academic collaboration, student-centric capacity building, and knowledge exchange, aligned with regional priorities and national objectives. It reflects a shared commitment to creating pathways that equip Ladakh’s youth with relevant skills, institutional exposure, and opportunities for public service.

Under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) @Saket_Kushwaha4, Vice-Chancellor, @ULadakh, the University announced the nomination of ten girl students from the region for a six-month Fire Safety and Emergency Response Programme commencing in January 2026, an initiative that RRU gratefully acknowledges as a meaningful step toward inclusive skill development and youth empowerment in Ladakh.
