@sonic7ischaos@calebgamman Right but arguing intent/creative thought is the only thing that characterises something as slop means it is the user not the tool. So therefore AI generated isn’t always ‘slop’ if it has the correct user.
@TraceyRyniec@Dmonstersjeesh@rebeccarightnow@MostlyMonkey There are 254 million people in the US over the age of 18… a $6 million one off cost is like 2.5 cents a person. Not a big deal, especially since those same consumers are collectively spending much more than that a year to make the penny.
@Core_dude_@pureMetatron@sirtobiaswade The idea of god is not irrelevant ofc, but that is a separate debate to whether you can have objective truth without invoking god. If God exists, you can have objective ethics. If God does not exist, you can't.
If you think you can then that it what you should be proving.
@Core_dude_@pureMetatron@sirtobiaswade Not really relevant in this scenario though, because it takes the role of dominant power external to your mind - the existence/nonexistence of God is irrelevant to the idea itself being able to impose an objective morality.
@VeganMarine_@Jake_underPar@ComicDaveSmith I started writing a response and got character restricted by X after the 2nd sentence. So maybe think a little bit about why someone is not going to write a response on X on topics that frequently require essays to discuss.
Go look it up yourself.
@OstrichEconomic@guyontheearth @Sina_21st But it is not arbitrary power, it is a social consensus - if it got to the point where one player owned enough eth to influence it for their own political thoughts, then a silly little 'norm' is not going to stop them from doing that.
@Justtweetinghe @SanderSassen@elonmusk a) significant amounts of the country are in enemy hands and therefore cannot vote
b) a large amount of the rest of the country is highly disrupted
c) a large % of male population is mobilised
All issues that are incredibly difficult to make work with fair elections
@MatzG6@bryan_johnson It does in combination with the rest of his arguments, which seem to be: "Where there is smoke, there might be fire". In this case the smoke could be fog but given Byran's goals it seems perfectly reasonable to err on the side of caution.
@R4vonus@CloutedMind@miroyato@Ledger I think you're combining the two security flaws in this tweet, from my reading of the 2nd article it does not appear to be an intel related security flaw - could be misunderstanding though.
@Singularitarian@davidasinclair@WHO This is the most common concern with these types of studies that you would assume they have controlled for it, won't read the paper myself to check though lol
@duonine@Blu3Punk@nassyweazy@0xfoobar From my understanding you need to manually enter your seed phrase to be sharded and encrypted - it can’t just read it off the device. So if you don’t enter it then they still have no way of accessing it.
@Josef4urluvs @__J__94 @maddass1218@John_T_Caldwell@JamesARay@jordanbpeterson@POTUS By looking at your past replies I honestly can’t tell if you’re a bot or a bottom percentile IQ adult, so forgive me if I don’t take your opinion into account.
@adamscochran I got an email from FTX about two hours ago saying I was now verified for instant deposits and to deposit now… I haven’t interacted with the site for months.
@UNLVBuddy@unusual_whales CPI would need to go negative for the consumer to notice a decrease, a dropping CPI would just mean prices are rising less quickly.
Also a change in cpi means those prices have actually changed, therefore by definition the customer would have had to see it.
@colby__donovan@RaoulGMI @PeterParadoxGG @novogratz "If you want to own the network" - he probably should've expanded this but it's pretty clear he is saying that if you are on the network it is risk free to stake for that apy, what happened with luna was the value of that network going to 0
