“Covered bullying” is een term voor een verborgen of verhulde vorm van pesten. In tegenstelling tot openlijk pesten (schelden, fysiek geweld, directe bedreigingen) gebeurt covered bullying op een subtielere manier, zodat het voor buitenstaanders vaak moeilijk herkenbaar is.

Kenmerken van covered bullying:
Indirect gedrag: het pesten gebeurt via omwegen, niet in een open aanval. Voorbeelden: geruchten verspreiden, iemand buitensluiten, achterhouden van cruciale informatie.

Sociale manipulatie: het inzetten van macht of een netwerk om iemand sociaal te isoleren of in diskrediet te brengen. Formele of bureaucratische middelen: bijvoorbeeld iemand systematisch overbelasten met procedures, klachten, of regels inzetten om iemand te beperken (“institutioneel pesten”).

Digitale vormen: anonieme dreigmails, valse accounts aanmaken, gegevens misbruiken om verwarring te zaaien, of een slachtoffer beschuldigen van gedrag dat hij/zij niet heeft gepleegd.

Gevolgen: Covered bullying kan voor slachtoffers extra zwaar zijn omdat: het moeilijk te bewijzen is (er is geen directe scheldpartij of aanval), de dader vaak een positie van macht heeft, het leidt tot twijfel aan jezelf en verlies van vertrouwen in instanties of collega’s, buitenstaanders het gedrag vaak niet als pesten herkennen, waardoor steun uitblijft.

Voorbeeld: Waar klassiek pesten zichtbaar is (schelden in een groep, slaan op het schoolplein), kan covered bullying zich uiten in dingen als: een collega die systematisch niet wordt uitgenodigd voor vergaderingen, een burger wiens klachten door een gemeente steeds verdwijnen of genegeerd worden, anonieme digitale acties die steeds net onder de radar blijven, maar die iemands reputatie en veiligheid ondermijnen.Kortom: covered bullying = verborgen, verhuld en vaak systematisch pesten, dat juist daardoor extra schadelijk en moeilijk aan te pakken is.

Het boek van Dautzenberg is een bundel van fictieve interviews over economische vraagstukken. Behalve De Boer komen bijvoorbeeld ook Marlies Dekkers, Ronnie Brunswijk en Motörhead-zanger Lemmy Kilmister. Dautzenberg laat in een reactie weten geen bemoeienis te accepteren over zijn satirisch bedoelde literatuur." einde citaat. Zie link onderaan.

1. Mijn persoonsgegevens en digitale gegevens worden misbruikt door het netwerk van Marcelle Hendrickx en Diederik Stapel.
2. Het echtpaar stalkt mij fysiek in mijn directe woonomgeving en digitaal sinds 2013, maar misschien al eerder. Ik ontdekte het (achteraf noterend in mijn logboek) in 2016, tijdens een bijeenkomst van de Human Library op de campus van Tilburg university. Daar sprak ik met een Syrische vluchteling. Mijn verslag werd gepubliceerd op de website van de Bibliotheek Midden Brabant. Destijds was ik al jaren een publieke figuur in Tilburg. Alle kunstenaars zijn publieke personen. Marcelle Hendrickx was ook aanwezig op de Human Library Event. Ik herkende haar van de vele interviews die zij geeft aan kranten @brabantsdagblad Toen ik haar een hand wilde geven, draaide zij zich om. Een week later had zij de Syrische vluchteling opgenomen in al haar online en offline netwerken. Daarnaast had Marcelle Hendrickx aan haar social media profiel een afbeelding & spreuk van PIPPI Langkous gepind. Pippi was destijds mijn FaceBook profielfoto.
3. In de jaren na 2016 heeft de stalkende en digitaal jattende Marcelle Hendrickx nagenoeg alle collega's, vrienden en kennissen uit mijn netwerken benaderd en overgenomen in haar on- en offline netwerken. Zoals mijn afstudeerbegeleider Odile Heynders, en natuurlijk mijn ex-baas, de stalkende, en digitaal jattende Ralf Bodelier, met zijn "De Betere Stad" rotzakkerij zie link ** (Hoi Maarten Keulemans, jij bent ook een domme cyberstalker) @persveilig
4. In juni 2022, direct na de eerste politierechterzitting tegen mij, werd Marcelle Hendrickx wethouder in mijn eigen woonwijk. Zij voegde de daad bij het woord en kwam een publiek boekenkastje van mijn buurvrouw openen. Ik mocht daarbij niet aanwezig zijn omdat Pleun Wijffels aan mij een contactverbod had opgelegd. Marcelle Hendrickx heeft mij vervolgens van juni 2022 tot en met januari 2025 zowel digitaal als fysiek gestalkt. Haar echtgenoot, wetenschapsfraudeur en digitale fraudeur, Diederik Stapel, zat een paar dagen voorafgaande aan mijn 103 dagen opsluiting in PI ter Peel stinkend naar de parfum twee meter van mij verwijderd in de lunchroom waar ik destijds gebruik maakte van de openbare wifi en bijna dagelijks projectbrieven schreef. @NPBZWB Sinds wanneer stalkt het echtpaar mij, mijn netwerken en mijn cv? Waanstoornissen, TBS met dwangverpleging... Beste onderzoeksredacties (kopieer deze post!), Officier van justitie mr. J. Castelein, Tijdens de eerste strafzitting, op 13 mei 2022 beweerde een officier van justitie dat ik dreigmails en dreigbrieven stuur naar Marcelle Hendrickx en Diederik Stapel. Waar zijn die mails en brieven? Mr. J. Castelein? NIEMAND laat ze aan mij zien. Op 6 december 2023 beweerde de officier van justitie dat ik het echtpaar stalk. Waar zijn de bewijzen? mr. J. Castelein? Het is PRECIES andersom! Diederik Stapel en Marcelle Hendrickx stalken mij, verifieerbaar, digitaal vanaf 2016 en fysiek vanaf juni 2022! Officier van justitie, mr. J. Castelein? Waar is de GPS met bewijzen dat ik het echtpaar stalk? Die is er niet. Ik weet NIET waar ze wonen! Er zijn honderden burgers dagelijks op social media die hun lokale bestuurders via social media bekritiseren, veel en veel ernstiger dan ik. Daarnaast ontwikkel ik oplossingen: burgerraden, digitale bureaus, etc. De accounts van burgers die structureel, dagelijks veel ernstiger kritiek uiten op hun lokale bestuurders bewaar ik. U, onderzoeksredacties, kunt ze ook vinden. Daarnaast het volgende: =>
1. Er wordt sinds 2020 gemanipuleerd met het bewijsmateriaal tegen mij.
2. Mijn persoonsgegevens en social media-accounts worden beheerd door digitale criminelen.
3. Mevrouw Hendrickx geeft interviews in de krant over een gestoorde stalker. Ik schrijf brieven over een gestoorde officier van justitie-duo en een oud-politie-inspecteur (1957) die mij, Michiel en ons gezin kent van vroeger. De man verwijdert politiedossiers, sinds 2020.

Geachte mevrouw Bode, Ook de beschuldiging van de officier van justitie de heer mr. J. Castelein dat ik (Cora W.) vrienden en kennissen van de stalkende bestuurder en de stalkende huisgenoot van de bestuurder benader is onjuist en misleidend.
1. Geen persoonlijke benadering – Ik heb nooit rechtstreeks vrienden of kennissen van mevrouw Hendrickx of de heer Stapel benaderd met privéberichten, telefoontjes of bezoeken. Mijn communicatie verloopt uitsluitend via openbare kanalen (blogs, brieven aan instanties, gerechtelijke stukken).
2. Publieke cultuurkritiek – De uitingen die ik doe zijn gericht op bestuurlijk en maatschappelijk handelen, en worden publiekelijk gedeeld. Dat is geen persoonlijk contact, maar het uitoefenen van mijn recht op vrije meningsuiting (art. 10 EVRM).
3. Geen bewijs overgelegd – De officier van justitie heeft vanaf 2020 nooit concreet, controleerbaar bewijs overgelegd waaruit blijkt dat ik kennissen of vrienden van betrokkenen doelbewust heb benaderd en/of de betrokkenen stallk. Zonder bewijs is de beschuldiging ongefundeerd en enkel suggestief: smaad en laster, gepleegd door de heer mr. J. Castelein, bekwaam in een lange reeks pogingen tot beeldvorming en beïnvloeding van de rechtbank over Cora W..
