Mr. @donalddeya, CEO @LawyersofAfrica discusses Strengthening Justice Institutions for a Peaceful Africa. He said that as Africans, the tools to strengthen judiciary systems and justice systems are there. He noted a plethora of frameworks (Charters, Agreements, and so forth) that were discussed and signed on by Africans.

He however said that we lack will and consistency in the implementation of these policies.
