@AidynsX A6: Establishing trust is about putting good structures in place and knowing your people. Have a helpful presence, take a pulse, and proactively seek solutions. Let teachers know it's OK to to fail as long as they're trying what they perceive to be best for students. #5403chat

Administrators should share effective practices from individual data teams with the other teams. We do not need to reinvent the wheel. Lets work on making it more efficient.#5403chat

@MsMitchellBio I totally agree. I think that you need to plan for the long lasting impacts in changing the culture not the short term fixes to bring up some test scores. #5403chat

A6: I think consistency is important and shared goals. PLCs for me have changed so frequently that the lack of consistency I think has detracted from trust building. #5403Chat

A6: You have to be part of them as a leader. If you are perceived as being there for accountability it doesn't work. You have to be a lead learner in the building. #5403chat

A5: dedicated time in the schedule to support students with the interventions needed. Plus tools to plan and monitor the effectiveness of the intervention is important. #5403chat

A5: Creating time for teachers to collaborate and get what they need! Schedule common planning time, advocate for PLC time to be teacher-directed, support teacher-leaders who can help guide the work for others! #5403chat

@TeacherScott2 @AidynsX Agreed. I think schools should really narrow down their initiatives and give teachers more time to focus on the kids in front of them! #5403chat

A5: You have to make it a priority. Master scheduling, protecting common team meeting time, ensuring specialists have time in schedules to collaborate and support. Also engaging in the process as a school leader. You can't be an observer. #5403chat
