I bought @ZEE5India subscription on June 8 and they promised me access on 3 screens now in the middle of my subscription they have changed the screen access to 1. This is a material reduction of the service I paid for.

It's quite frustrating how @IndiGo6E employs this dark UI pattern . When you try to check in for a flight, they indicate that all free seats are sold out and only allow you to check in early if you pay for a seat.
In the past, you could be assigned a random seat, but that option is no longer available.
Now, you either have to pay for a seat, or if you choose to proceed without paying, it simply prompts you with "Hey, select a seat now," without offering a free seat option. It's disappointing to see this kind of behavior from a company, and I honestly don't understand how it's legal.

Booked a regular flight ticket on Yatra.
Payment went through. Ticket came unconfirmed.
After sending multiple emails and getting no response, I finally received a call from Yatra.
I was told the airline hadn’t confirmed the booking, so Yatra “confirmed it from their side”.
The PNR shared with me doesn’t show up on the airline system at all.
Called the airline myself. They said this booking was done as a group booking. This took me by surprise.
I never selected a group booking option.
Now I’m being told the PNR will update 12 hours before departure, which is worrying when the fare is already paid and the flight date is close.
Flight bookings are time-sensitive. Silence for hours and unclear answers don’t help, especially when prices keep moving.
I just want what I paid for - a proper, airline-confirmed ticket that actually reflects on the airline’s system.
Emailed CEO, Founders but none of them have responded.
Absolutely pathetic state at YATRA w/ NO RESOLUTION sight.

🚨 IRCTC tech glitch is penalizing customers and blocking seats.
During Tatkal booking, payment was deducted and the app froze and logged me out. After login, the transaction showed "NOT BOOKED" in Failed Transactions.
Based on this official status, I booked another Tatkal ticket.
About 20 minutes later, IRCTC auto-confirmed the earlier transaction that was shown as "NOT BOOKED".
Support now says there was no issue on their side and that cancellation will result in zero refund.
The current Tatkal status for this journey is WL13. A genuine passenger could travel and pay happily, but instead IRCTC expects one passenger to pay for two tickets, blocks a seat unnecessarily, and offers no resolution.
Where is this invisible "request mode" shown to users ?
Requesting manual cancellation and refund.

Uber drivers are reportedly avoiding passengers so that rides get canceled, allowing them to earn payment while saving on fuel.
These people should lose their jobs.
Clearly @peyushbansal & team have done a fantastic job in building a great brand in @Lenskart_com in the last 12 years.
