Could not agree more. Learning in the EP lab is a min but by itself is nowhere near adequate. Download cases. Measure every interval / extra beat. Examine every pacing maneuver carefully. I promise you will notice things no one else saw. That is where the learning occurs !!!!

With random variation in tidal volume under sedation there’s simply too much opportunity for unacceptable heterogeneity in RF delivery(+flawed #RF_annotation!) for me to ever perform RF PVI under sedation.
